A little about me- An Italian gal from Georgia, living in the Big Apple. I grew up cooking in the kitchen with my mom, where I was taught food is to be celebrated! I am a Registered Dietitian/Chef and love to create nutritious and delicious recipes. The best part of my day is cooking for those I love...and having them go back for seconds!
